Hi guys, thank you so much for your channel. I was wondering if you guys could enlighten me on how to navigate through all the options on the DSE controller 7320. Like for instance to check your diesel fuel level, voltage, coolant level etc

Please am having issue of screen of dse7320, when powered the screen will be blank nothing will show. What should i do to fix it? Thanks

Wait a minute... My concrete cutting operation will require a 60kw 480v 3-phase generator for a 40hp saw. Could these paralleling controllers allow me to scale my operation? If I could start off with a 15hp saw and let's say 30kw a generator; would I be able to buy an identical generator down the track and power the larger saw with the pair? The redundancy would be huge as well.

What about the functionality test..hardware done..but simulation of controller..is it tested?

You people are doing amazing work. Manufacturing really easy plug and play and user friendly modules. I would like to know if you have a system for the modules those are working at the end users premises which sometimes become faulty after running for a couple of years. How long do you expect these modules should long last and make no troubles. As we are using different DSE products at our different locations and we have encountered problems with two of these modules, one with 335 and one with 7320 MKII. Local distributors were unable to idendify and fix the faults so ultimatly we replaced them with new modules. Do you train your distributors or resellers to repair the faulty moduls and do they report such potential faults to you or not. We can provide you more details if you require please. Best regards.
